Yoga
Mornsol yoga classes is a wonderful way to relax, get in touch with the body and feel the sea breeze at the same time. Our yoga classes takes place outdoors in the quiet and relaxing surroundings by the waterfront.

SUP Yoga
We at Mornsol offer SUP yoga for those who want to challenge their balance.
If you want to join one of our classes, you must have tried stand-up paddling before. We will be paddling to the nearest quiet place on the water, and there will be no time for training in this package. On the other hand, you don't need any experience in SUP yoga.
The price is 200 danish kroner including yoga lessons and equipment.
You have to bring: wetsuit/tight fitting training clothes, towel, sunscreen and a water bottle.
It is also allowed to bring your own board and equipment if you feel more comfortable with those.
The date for the next SUP yoga event will be updated on our Instagram. This is where you can sign up by sending a direct message.
SUP classes
With a canal in the front yard is the only right thing to do - stand-up paddling. You can learn how to paddle or you can join us on the water as a trained stand-up paddler.
We offer an introduction class for beginners, and then a class for the trained paddlers.
The price for 2 hours on the water is 199 danish kroner with your own equipment.
Without your own equipment the price will be 299 danish kroner.

MEGA SUP
Do you want more teamwork on the water, then our XXL giant SUP will do the trick. The board can be used by up to10 persons. Now You have the opportunity to gather your friends, colleagues or others on a trip on a Mega SUP board.
The prize for the whole package is 1200 danish kroner, and will be available for 3 hours.
